Flightpadi considers your destination to determine if it’s a straight or connecting trip. Flightpadi then presents you with the most affordable and convenient flights.
Another factor we consider to ensure you fly with the best possible flight is that we keep track of airlines and their flight schedules. This way, we reduce the occurrence of airlines that have a tendency to cancel flights from the options we’ll present to you.
Flightpadi charges a token of NGN 5,000 for one-way trip booking. This charge excludes additional services you’ll be needing, like hotel reservations and car rentals.
You save yourself the time and stress of scanning through different airline websites in search of the best deals for you. You’ll also get reminders before and on the day of your flight so you don’t miss it.
You equally get access to our priority collaborators that’ll come in handy if you need food delivery services, hotel/Airbnb accommodation or car rental services.
This is done to focus on the best flight options based on factors like price, layovers, and travel time, rather than brand preference.
The actual airline names are revealed once you confirm your chosen flight for booking.
You’ll make payment on the Flightpadi account before we complete your flight reservation. This is a combination of your flight ticket fare as stated by the airline and our service charge.
Payment outside the Flightpadi bank account is invalid.
Flightpadi helps you request refunds when you miss a flight or the airline cancels. We’ll provide assistance to you and follow up with the airline so you can get your money back.
You can request a flight refund when an airline cancels your flight reservation.
Airlines equally offer 50% refunds for missed flights.
The service charge for flight ticket refund costs NGN 10,000 only.
Obtaining your refund is a 50-50 chance. However, we’ve been able to obtain ticket refunds for 90% of our clients.
The only situation where your refund application is unsuccessful is if it exceeds one year. This way the airline would regard the application as void and there’s nothing else we can do at this point.
We encourage submitting your refund application as early as possible.
