1. What Flightpadi Does for You
Flightpadi is a flight booking and travel support service. This means:

- We guide you before payment

Once your ticket is issued, the airline becomes responsible for:
- Whether your ticket is refundable
- The amount that can be refunded
- How long the refund will take
Flightpadi does not make refund decisions, but we stay with you through the entire process until the matter is fully resolved.
2. Service Fees Are Non-Refundable
When you book through Flightpadi, a 7% service and facilitation fee is charged. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, even if the airline later approves a ticket refund.
This is because the service you paid for is not just the ticket, it is the full support experience that begins the moment you contact us and continues until after your intended travel date.
Your 7% covers:
- Personalized booking assistance
- Ticket sourcing and issuance coordination
- Real-time WhatsApp and email support
- Online check-in support
- Flight monitoring and schedule tracking
- Travel reminders so you don’t miss important steps
- Airline follow-ups on your behalf
- Refund processing and escalations (where applicable)
- Continuous guidance before, during, and after your trip
In many cases, even when airlines are slow to respond, difficult to reach, or uncooperative, Flightpadi remains your direct human point of contact. You are never left alone with an airline issue.
Even if your trip is cancelled, changed, or refunded by the airline, Flightpadi has already delivered the full service experience you paid for, which is why the 7% service fee is not refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility (Determined by the Airline)
Every ticket sold through Flightpadi follows the refund rules of the airline and your selected fare type.
This means:
- Some tickets are fully refundable
- Some tickets are partially refundable with penalties
- Some tickets are completely non-refundable
- Some tickets are refundable only as airline credit or vouchers
Before you make payment, Flightpadi always explains the refund status of your ticket clearly, so you can decide with confidence.
4. How to Request a Refund
If your ticket may be eligible for a refund:

- We collect your booking details and submit your refund request to the airline.
- The airline reviews and decides based on their policy.
- If approved, the airline processes the refund to:
- Your original payment method, or
- As flight credit (depending on ticket rules)

7 to 45 business days
Please note that Flightpadi cannot control or speed up airline refund timelines, but we follow up on your behalf and keep you informed at every stage.
5. Cancelling Quickly After Booking
Cancelling immediately after booking does not guarantee a full refund.
Some discounted, promo, and low-fare tickets:
- Become instantly non-refundable once issued
- Do not allow reversals even within minutes of payment
These rules are controlled strictly by the airline.
6. Missed Flights (No-Show Policy)
If you miss your flight for any reason such as:
- Late arrival at the airport
- Traffic delays
- Missed check-in deadlines
- Incorrect passenger information
- Personal emergencies
Your refund eligibility will depend entirely on:
- The airline’s no-show policy
- Your ticket type

7. Airline Delays, Cancellations & Major Schedule Changes

You may be entitled to:
- A full refund
- A free rebooking
Flightpadi will guide you through the best option based on your situation and the airline’s policy.
8. Failed Payments, Double Charges & Missing Tickets
If:
- Your account is debited but no ticket is issued
- You are charged more than once
Please report within 24 hours. After verification:
- A full reversal will be processed
- Gateway charges (if any) will be deducted
9. Chargebacks & Bank Disputes
When a chargeback is raised while a refund request is already in progress:
- It may delay your refund
- It may complicate airline investigations
- It may cause temporary account suspension

10. International Tickets & Currency Differences
All refunds are processed:
- In the original currency of payment
- At the airline’s and bank’s exchange rate at the time of processing
Flightpadi is not responsible for:
- Currency conversion losses
- Bank FX charges
- International transfer or card fees
11. Hotels, Visas & Vacation Packages
Refunds for:
- Hotels
- Visas
- Tours
- Events
- Holiday packages
Follow the policies of each provider. Some services contain non-refundable portions even when cancelled early.
12. Situations Outside Flightpadi’s Control
Flightpadi is not liable for refund issues caused by:
- Government travel bans
- Airline bankruptcy
- Natural disasters
- War, strikes, pandemics
- Immigration or visa denial
- Incomplete travel documentation
However, we will always assist with airline communication where possible.
