If you choose to use our messaging channels, email, or phone: You agree to provide accurate and complete information as requested by our representatives to facilitate the provision of our Services. You acknowledge that communication through these channels is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective platform providers (e.g., WhatsApp). You also acknowledge that while we take reasonable measures to ensure the security of communications, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through these channels.
If you choose to create an account: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.2 Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to use the Website, Services, or any of our communication channels, including messaging platforms, email, or phone, for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Flightpadi acts as an intermediary between you and Travel Providers. When you make a Booking through our Website, via messaging channels, email, or phone, you are entering into a contract directly with the relevant Travel Provider(s). We will provide you with details of the Travel Provider’s terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for carefully reviewing those terms and conditions before completing your Booking.

5.2 Pricing and Payment:

All prices displayed on our Website or communicated through our official messaging channels, email, or phone are primarily in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on the Website or communicated through our other channels. You agree to pay all charges associated with your Booking, including the price of the travel services, applicable taxes, and any service fees charged by Flightpadi. By providing your payment information through our website or approved secure payment links sent through our official channels, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method. If you choose to pay in another currency, there may be currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Booking Confirmation:

After you complete a Booking and payment is successful, we will send you a confirmation email or message containing the details of your Booking. This serves as confirmation of your reservation. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including but not limited to your name, contact details, travel dates, and passport information. Any errors or discrepancies arising from inaccurate information provided by you may result in additional fees, delays, or even cancellation of your booking by the Travel Provider, for which Flightpadi will not be held responsible. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

5.4 Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds:

Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the Travel Provider and the specific service booked. We may communicate the applicable policies to you during the booking process. You are responsible for understanding these policies before confirming your Booking. Flightpadi charges service fees for processing bookings, cancellations, and amendments. Due to the nature of our done-for-you service, where our team dedicates time and resources to each booking, these service fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether a booking is canceled or amended by you or the Travel Provider. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Travel Provider’s policies. We will assist you in requesting refunds from Travel Providers, but we do not guarantee that a refund will be granted. Please note that any refund from a Travel Provider will be separate from Flightpadi’s non-refundable service fees.

5.5 Visa Application Assistance:

Flightpadi provides visa application assistance as part of its Services. While we strive to provide accurate information and support, we do not guarantee the success of any visa application. We do not have any special agreements or deals with any embassy or consulate that would influence the outcome of your visa application. The decision to grant or deny a visa is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your visa application. Flightpadi will not be liable for any delays, rejections, or other issues related to your visa application. Our service fees, as mentioned in Section 5.4, are applicable for this assistance and are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

5.6 Flight Refund Application Assistance:

Flightpadi provides flight refund application assistance as part of its Services. We do not have any special agreements or deals with airlines that guarantee refunds. We will use our best efforts to help you obtain a refund from the airline, subject to the airline’s policies and applicable regulations. Our role is to assist you in the refund application process by preparing and submitting the necessary documentation, and following up with the airline through emails, calls, and other appropriate communication channels. However, we do not guarantee that a refund will be successful, as the final decision rests solely with the airline. Flightpadi will not be liable for any unsuccessful refund applications. Our service fees, as mentioned in Section 5.4, are applicable for this assistance and are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the refund application.

6. Travel Insurance

Flightpadi strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover your trip. Travel insurance can provide protection against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks.

While Flightpadi may offer information about travel insurance options or facilitate the purchase of travel insurance through third-party providers, we do not issue insurance policies ourselves. We do not act as an insurer, and any contract for insurance will be between you and the insurance provider.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing the terms and conditions, coverage details, exclusions, and claims procedures of any travel insurance policy you purchase. Flightpadi will not be liable for any disputes or claims arising between you and your travel insurance provider.

If you choose to purchase travel insurance through a link provided on our website or by our agents, we may receive a commission from the insurance provider. This does not affect the cost of the insurance to you.

7. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, obtain any necessary visas, and comply with all health requirements for your destination(s).

Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for the required period as stipulated by your destination country. It is your responsibility to check the specific passport validity requirements for your destination before you travel.

Flightpadi will not be liable for any expenses, delays, cancellations, or other issues arising from your failure to comply with passport, visa, or health requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, being denied entry to a country, being denied boarding on a flight, or contracting an illness due to non-compliance with health recommendations. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any consequences arising from your reliance on information we have obtained from an embassy or consulate, as you are ultimately responsible for verifying this information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Agency’s Role: Flightpadi acts as an agent for disclosed principal Travel Providers and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Travel Providers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Flightpadi has no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you in connection with your travel arrangements, other than as expressly set out in these terms. Flightpadi has no control over, and is not responsible for, the conduct of third party suppliers or operators.

8.2 Force Majeure: Flightpadi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by Force Majeure.

8.3 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Flightpadi disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.4 Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Flightpadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website or Services;
any conduct or content of any third party on the Website or Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties;
any content obtained from the Website or Services; or
unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8.5 Maximum Liability: In no event shall Flightpadi’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount paid by you to Flightpadi for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flightpadi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

(c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights;
