To book your Green Africa flight, simply send us your travel request.

Online check-in for Green Africa opens 24 hours before departure and closes 3 hours before your flight. Visit greenafrica.com and select ‘Web Check-in’, then enter your booking reference (PNR) and last name. After completing the check-in process, download or print your boarding pass.
If you prefer airport check-in, arrive at least 2 hours before your domestic flight (4 hours for international flights). Head to the Green Africa check-in counter with your ID and booking reference. Counter check-in closes 1 hour before departure, so make sure to arrive with enough time to complete the process and clear security.

When requesting a refund from Green Africa, make sure to include your name, PNR (booking reference), and a screenshot of your payment.
