How to check in, change a date, fix a name or ask for a refund with Rano Air, whether you booked with us or not.
How to Check In for Your Rano Air Flight
Rano Air check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before for domestic flights. To check in online, go to the Rano Air website (ranoair.com), choose Check-in and enter your booking reference (PNR) and last name. You can also check in at the Rano Air counter at the airport; get there before the counter closes so you can drop your bags.
Booked on Flightpadi? You're checked in automatically, and we send your e-ticket and a reminder before you fly.
How to Change Your Rano Air Flight Date
Go to Manage Booking on the Rano Air website (ranoair.com), enter your booking reference (PNR) and last name, and choose a new date, or call Rano Air on 091-6984-4058, 091-6984-4061, 091-6834-0356. Any change fee or fare difference depends on your fare type (see the fare rules above), and you pay it before the new ticket is issued.
Booked on Flightpadi? Message us on WhatsApp with your new date and we'll make the change for you, with no queues and no calls.
How to Correct a Name on Your Rano Air Ticket
Contact Rano Air as soon as you spot the mistake, on 091-6984-4058, 091-6984-4061, 091-6834-0356 or at [email protected], with your booking reference (PNR) and a copy of the passenger's ID. Sort it out before check-in, because the name on the ticket must match the ID at the airport.
Booked on Flightpadi? Send us the correct spelling and a photo of the ID, and we'll raise it with the airline for you.
How to Request a Refund from Rano Air
Contact Rano Air at [email protected] or on 091-6984-4058, 091-6984-4061, 091-6834-0356 with your booking reference (PNR), the passenger's name and proof of payment. Whether you get money back, and how much, depends on your fare type (see the fare rules above). Refunds can take several weeks to reach you.
