How long does a seat hold last before my customer has to pay?
It depends on the airline and the fare. Every hold shows its time limit, so you always know how long you have.
What happens if my customer's flight is changed or cancelled?
We alert you, and you request the change or refund from your account. You see any fee before you confirm.
